How to use the RetinaLyzeUpload script with the Topcon IMAGEnet 6 software

  • Open the Topcon IMAGEnet 6 software.

  • Open the client’s images, so they are listed to the right. Double-click on the OCT or fundus image you want to export

  • Press the export button. 

  • Click "DCM File"

  • Open RetinaLyze in a browser.

  • Open the overview page (the first page after login) and press F5 on the keyboard or press the RetinaLyze logo.

  • You can now start the analysis of the images and OCT scans.
