How to change the name of an existing client/patient in the system
The operator can override a name on an existing client in the web application.
If you use an integration to automatically upload images
If the operator uses an integration (RetinaLyzeUpload) to automatically transfer images from the fundus camera/pc to the web application, simply changing the name of the patient/client in the camera software and then uploading a new photo using the integration will change the name of the client in the RetinaLyze web application.
If you manually upload images
If the user uses the manual uploading form on the website and input a new name on an existing client, he/she will be prompted with a warning dialog. The dialog asks the user whether he/she wants to make the name change.
