How long time are images/data stored in the system?

All images and data stored in the RetinaLyze WebApp will be stored in the system as long as the data owner (the customer) is a customer with RetinaLyze System A/S or until the data owner requests deletion.

How are patient data deletion requests handled?

I'm a client/patient, who has had their data entered into RetinaLyze by a RetinaLyze customer/user, and I want my data deleted:

Contact the clinic/store where you were screened and they will make sure your data is deleted from their systems including RetinaLyze.

I'm a RetinaLyze-customer and a client/patient of mine wants their data deleted from RetinaLyze:

Contact us via support@retinalyze.com with the Client reference and the clients Name and you will be contacted regarding deletion of the client's patient data.
